Background Check

About The Founder

Valerie Britt denies being a frustrated creative genius. For those around her however, she is best known for conjuring up the most innovative solutions to the toughest marketing challenges. Her interesting career has taken her from being the #1 sales rep in the United States for a biotech start-up, to building a high-tech recruiting practice during the dot-com explosion, to online marketing pioneer, e-zine publisher, website producer and kick-ass event planner. The first event Valerie threw was her 18th birthday party in Sacramento. Having already started to hone her promotional skills, 400 high-school and college kids showed up, as did the cops. She assiduously tries to avoid the police these days, but she makes no guarantees.

Valerie has been a regular in San Francisco's event and party scene for the past 10 years. She gets fired up about helping non-profits raise big wads of cash, opening new clubs with spectacular thematic events, and creating online marketing campaigns that continue to knock the ball right out of the park.

Flush with fresh ideas and new break-through strategies, most days you can spot her running down Marina Boulevard to the Golden Gate Bridge, mumbling things about "experiential marketing" and "influencer strategies."
